ช่วยตอบหน่อยครับว่าทำใมต้องมีทั้งใบ กว.และบัตรสมาชิกสภาวิศวกร

ครับก็อย่างที่โพสนะครับ คือมันต้องมีเหตผลของมันที่ต้องมีทั้งใบอนุญาติและต้องเป็นสมาชิกสภาวิศวกร ถ้าสมาชิกหมดอายุก็ถือว่าใชอนุญาติหมดอายุด้วย แต่ทำใมต้องมีทั้งสองอย่างให้มันยุ่งยาก ตอนไปต่ออายุก็ได้ถามเจ้าหน้าที่ แต่คำตอบที่ได้ก็เหมือนกำปั้นทุบดินคือ พรบ.กำหนดไว้ (ไม่รู้เรื่องอะไรกันเลยรึไง) และก็อยากจะทราบว่าเก็บเงินค่าสมาชิกไปนั้นเอาไปทำอะไร เป็นสมาชิกแล้วได้ประโยชน์อะไรบ้าง |
