Please note we have a new requirement for an “Information Management Coordinator” who has minimum 3 years oil and gas experience to be based in Bangkok with one of Thailand’s leading oil & gas organization.

Main task:

• Manage and coordinate all Information Management issues for the project
• Develop and implement IM procedures, completing the Distribution Matrix, document management system configuration (minimal), manage workflows and train users at all level for accurate data management.
• Communicate IM and IT systems and procedures effectively with project team, management, and outside company contractors.

Terms: 1 Year Contract (With possible renewal)

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the configuration and operation of electronic document management systems
• Knowledge of an oil and gas IT environment including off-shore/international communication, computer systems and SCADA
• Must have an understanding of engineering use of Document Management Systems and Data Warehousing
