With continued success, we now require an enthusiastic individual to join our technical support team in providing software support to local and international customers.
The ideal candidate will be a tertiary qualified engineer with demonstrated expertise in automation and machine design. We will possess working knowledge of advanced machine control software/hardware and demonstrate hands-on experience in the troubleshooting of automation components and devices. Work within a team of Software and Hardware Engineers demonstrating commitment to and understanding of the principles and practice of state-of-the- art simulation engineering, and applies this practice in accordance with project standards to develop hardware solutions.
You will be required to work closely with client representatives as well as Technical Leaders, Sales Manager and Project Managers.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร:

Engineering tasks will include:  Requirements,  Design,
 Implementation Testing,
 Integration and Deployment,  Customer Support,
 Configuration Management and  Documentation.
As this role will involve daily interaction with a large volume of interactive team & customers, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and problem solving skills.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
 Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (i.e. Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics,
Mechanical Engineering)
 Working experience in a similar role will be an advantage
 Strong experience in troubleshooting, technical support and maintenance
 Strong understanding of drives, networks, PLC, SCADA, MES and HMI
 Simulation skills (e.g.multibody dynamics, electromechanical systems, circuits, Matlab)
 3 – D CAD skills
 Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA)
 Supporting our sales team
 Good command in writing and speaking English
 Travel and own car required
