Responsabilities:
In collaboration with the Project Manager, the Technical Civil Work Assistant will:
•Manage overall running of technical activities in and around the Camp.This includes drainage works, soil stabilisation, latrine and other sanitation constructions, anti flooding schemes and any other civil works required for the project.
•Train staff to expected standards and in accordance to programme and organisation procedures
•Conduct baseline and assessment surveys in order to monitor progress of programme and efficiency of activities. Once results are known, provide necessary adjustments
•Provide technical documents of technical works to be undertaken such as works design, analysis and calculations, estimates and various measures
•Provide logisitical support for material purchase, vehicule requirement and equipment preferences in compliance with the Solidarités’ rules.
•Visit on daily basis regular basis all technical works to monitor progress and evaluate needs

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร:

Have strong knowledge and experience of civil engineering (soil mechanics, small structure design, drainage, and water and wastewater management, ground stabilisation)
Knowledge and expereince in soft engineering techniques (anti erosion systems, sedimentation ponds, timber and biodegradable materials)
Knowledge and experience in IT programmes such as Pack Office, Autocad, Map
Speak, read and write fluently English and speak and write Burmese (Karen). French speakers appreciated.
