รายละเอียดของงาน:
• Perform Sales Planning, Controlling and Evaluation.
• Drive, motivate and coach the sales personal on their
performance progress utilizing the following planning tools &
processes:
• Develop an understanding and articulation of the Company’s
Value Proposition and the product in the Company’s Catalog.
• Direct, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve the
individual KPM targets.
• Identify and develop improved customer facing contact
activities- processes, which have to be concurred with the
Business Manager and other functional heads, if applicable.
• Accountable for maximizing productivity and the sales person
to meet all sales standards and manage the above sales
functions within approved selling expenses.
• Achieve, exhibit and maintain highest levels of leadership, team
building and task management with the team, and to support
the development of team skills, including technical, planning,
selling skills and intra organizational communication skills.
• Accountable foe maintaining effective communication with all
internal and external support services to ensure their
commitment to the attainment of the sales growth objective.
