Responsibility:
• To establish, maintain and improve on customer contacts and ensure ready availability of market intelligence through effective customer intelligence and communication. Ensure generation, systematic updating and maintaining live of a market intelligence document and a coordinated market plan (annual)
• As the head of sales for the business segment; shall take the direct responsibility to develop one key market sector as assigned
• To build, motivate, develop, coach, train and maintain a team of sales personnel in the profit center team with the correct skill sets, ensure proper work assignments, job descriptions and proper job review inputs; while establishing and maintaining effective communication channels both horizontally and vertically in the organization structure
• To effectively ensure post mortem analysis on job closing and establish, update and keep alive a documented project closing analysis
• To keep abreast with all new product developments, ensure proper product knowledge in the team through planned training
• Ensure that all decisions taken are in line with signing rights and the "four eye" principle
• Ensure sales EBIT & EBIT ASSET targets for the assigned market sector is achieved.
• To ensure authentic inputs are provided and necessary internal and external reports are submitted according to the required time frames
• To effectively communicate and brief market developments and decisions to the superior - Head of Division/Department
Qualification
- Male/Female, aged 35-45 years old. Thai Nationality
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil or Mechanical/MBA is preferable.
- At least 5 years experience in Sales for management level
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Other key skills in Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Sales developing Budgets
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Strong Sales Experience
